Mr. Wigdor represented graduate student Lauren Summa in a retaliation lawsuit against Hofstra University. As detailed in the Complaint, while employed as a student athletic manager on the football team, Ms. Summa complained about unrelenting acts of harassment at the hands of male student football players. Ms. Summa reported the conduct to team coaches and other school officials who took a series of steps designed to retaliate against Ms. Summa. This case has received national media attention.
