Filed pregnancy discrimination lawsuit against Goldman Sachs

Mr. Wigdor represented Charlotte Hanna, a former Vice President of Goldman Sachs, in pregnancy discrimination lawsuit against Goldman Sachs. As alleged in the Complaint, the former executive was “mommy-tracked” after returning from her first pregnancy leave and then terminated while she was on maternity leave for her second child. The Complaint alleged that 75% of those “selected for termination” in her group had recently taken maternity leave, sending a clear message that working mothers were unfairly perceived as not being committed to their jobs
